A 27-year-old trained teacher identified as Catherine Ansah has committed suicide by hanging herself with a sponge at Assin Fosu near the Latter Day Saint Church in the Central Region.

In a video shared by Peace FM online, the body of Madam Catherine Ansah is seen being conveyed from the scene of the incident to the mortuary by community folks in a black plastic bag.

Details about the incident are yet to be revealed but for the moment a video of three men carry the dead body away has been shared on social media by Peace FM.

Residents in the area couldn’t hold back their tears after the body of Catherine Ansah was discovered after the suicide.
