5 Times Banky W Set Fashion Goals On MTN Y’ello Star

What can’t Banky W do? He is an artiste, businessman, actor, filmmaker, philanthropist and now, a judge on a singing competition.

The multi-award-winning singer served as a judge for this season’s MTN Y’ello Star and he was impressive through it all.

Besides having a good business sense, Banky W also proved that he’s no beginner in the fashion game as he shows up every time picture-ready. We’re selecting our favourite looks that screamed fashion goals.

1. Trax Apparel Kaftan

We’re not surprised to see him in Trax because Banky is a huge fan. For the opening gala, he wore a red Trax Kaftan Agbada, pairing it with black pants, giving him a timeless, elegant look.

2. Sunshine Banky

Banky W attempted to rival the sun’s shine in this yellow kaftan from D29. It’s not so easy to pull off a one-colour look but Banky W did it justice.

3. Denim Meets Adire

This is our favourite look for the show. This blue kaftan piece from D29 is the perfect combination of denim and adire. The loafers, also from D29, were in a dazzling shade of blue that complemented the kaftan. The outfit is 15/10.

4. Action Man Banky

This fit reminded us of his character in the Sugar Rush movie. In this multi-coloured kaftan from Vankere, he looked every bit the boss man that he is.

5. Finale Look

Banky W went for a nice silver jacket, made by David Wej, which he paired with a white shirt and black pants and a black bow tie. A classy finishing look to end an amazing time as a judge.
