Stella Damascus has advised young women to abstain from sexual activities and romance before marriage.

The actress said its very difficult for young ladies to abstain from sex while single but that abstaining from sex is very important for young people until they get married.

In a video released on her official Instagram page, Stella opined that man who sleeps with a lady when he is not married to the lady does not respect the lady.

However, Stella advice ladies who can not abstain from sexual activities to use condom to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
