Actively driving a person to insanity

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Erica Nlewedim has thrown shades at Laycon for allegedly driving her to Insanity during the BBNaija show.

Recall, during the show, some BBNaija fans called Laycon a manipulative person, and accused him of making Erica go overboard with her emotions, which eventually led to her disqualification.

A fan identified as Teslim Alabi, has taken to Twitter to explain the meaning of gaslighting and how it involves manipulating a person.

He wrote;

“Gaslighting is actively driving a person to insanity and politely asking why they have wound up insane”.

Reacting, Erica retweeted the post, noting that it relates to what happened to her.
