A female fan who decided to troll the actor by asking of his health also received a ‘savage’ answer from the actor. The fan wrote;

Chairman how is your health? Are you ok or u said we should do some donations?

Dumelo then replied the fan with a popular line in Medikal’s ‘La Hustle’ track “wo gyimi no”
