Actress Chika Ike reveals why she didn’t gift herself a Rolls-Royce Phantom as she clocks 35

Beautiful Nollywood actress, Chika Ike who clocked 35 today has explained why she didn’t buy herself a Rolls-Royce Phantom.

The talented actress who is into real estate and also owns a boutique in Abuja has disclosed why she didn’t bother to gift herself the luxurious car, because of time and exposure.

According to her, it was part of her vision to get herself a Rolls-Royce Phantom on her 35th birthday but have changed her mind because of time and exposure.

Adding that she’s now thinking of adding to her real estate investments therefore she’s getting herself a house instead of Rolls-Royce Phantom to appreciate assets.

Going over my vision book, I wrote five years ago. It reads “buy yourself a Rolls-Royce Phantom for your 35th birthday gift” and add it to your luxury car collection; now my new mindset is different just cancelled and replaced it with “buy yourself houses as gifts and add it to your real estate portfolio”… Time and exposure can really change one’s mindset. Now I’m thinking towards appreciating assets not depreciating liabilities.
