Actress Kemi Afolabi Shares Her Experience With Her Landlady When She Was In Her Rented Apartment

Nollywood Actress, Kemi Afolabi Adesipe has opened up on her experience with her landlady when she used to live in a rented two-bedroom apartment in Magodo.

Taking to her Instagram page, she narrated a situation where her landlord asked her that if her current positions is where her mates are when she was in living in her house in Magodo. According to her many crazy experiences of living in a rented apartment ensued when she used to stay there.

She captioned her post as: I remember when I was staying in my rented two bedroom apartment in Magodo, there was this situation with the landlady and she asked me “IF MY CURRENT POSITION IS WHERE MY MATES ARE” In a flat i had payed directly into her account #1.2million for 5years aside service charges! So many crazy experiences of living in a rented apartment!

mc_starkido___entertainer: The incident made me to vow that I will never again live with any landlord or landlady…… Every Saturday morning because she’s a muslim she forced every tenant to be observing prayers in muslim pattern every Friday, that is not an issue but the force and threat then she will have to check our apartment every night to see if we have visitors in the house like she dictate time we enter the house time we open our gates in the morning, a particular lady who is a caterer she stopped her from running her business in the compound she said nobody can run personal business in her own house and we can’t have house party or play music with a louder volume. It was a draining experience and that made almost all of us tenant to park out she is a witch so disturbing and that monitoring spirit effect in the house I payed for!!!’ Gosh

She start shouting on me tell me to ask my visitor to go and move her car away from where she parked, I was like the old tenant that moved out, that’s where she do park her car and you hv nva ask her not to park there. This woman is fond if talking to you anyhow but the moment you talk back, you r rude. Even CDA ppl know her already. Very rude and disrespectful. Another day my hubby mistakenly use his car to break small block outside the gate, she came to shout on him saying we have spoil her house my hubby Sorry ma I will fix it…….. Landlady said his rude for saying he will fix it. Wo some landlord/landlady are something else. May God bless us all. There’s nothing like having your own house.

iam_arike_ade_: Landlord enh it’s even happened to me recently, I am a makeup artist and I paint nails too, so because I was making sales this woman told me not to pay last year November when I want to renew my rent that she wants to use the shop na joke I call am oo until she started fighting me any small thing she take it up with me until I pack out last month and her daughter is already doing the makeup in the shop since then I ve seen at home
