Adekunle Gold questions why COVID-19 test is 50k in Nigeria

Nigerian songwriter and Afro-pop star, Adekunle Gold has questioned the N50 K charged for the COVID-19 test in the country.

The father one asked the question on his Twitter page and received thousands of reactions from his followers which showed they share the same sentiments.

Most people confirmed the amount of money charged for the test whilst others revealed they do not have such amount to get tested for the virus.

That being said, many people may decide to stay home and die with it or go about spreading it unwillingly because they can’t afford the charges.
