Candice Modiselle is a South African actress and presenter best known for her role as Lerato on the SABC1 soap opera Generations: The Legacy.
Breaking into the South African entertainment industry as a young presenter a few years ago, Candice Modiselle has managed to broaden her offering and has become more than just a TV presenter. The pretty Manzi star holds the titles of actress, TV and radio host, voice over artist and speaker.

Having completed her Bachelor’s Degree and Honours Degree in Dramatic Arts at the University of the Witwatersrand, Candice is more than just a pretty face; she is steadily cementing herself as a leading figure in the South African entertainment space.
Candice is the youngest out of three children and her two older sisters are both in the entertainment industry. Her oldest sister, Refilwe Modiselle is a model, activist and TV personality. Her older sister, who she bares a striking resemblance to, is Bontle Moloi. Bontle is a choreographer, actress, artist as well as a TV personality.
With the experience that she’s gained in the entertainment industry, Candice chose to teach others what she has acquired by being a lecturer at the OnCue Interface Talent school, where she teaches television presenting.
Candice recently revealed that breaking into the industry was not easy for her. She had to persevere and not give up on her dream after being rejected many times.
“It took a long time for me to get [here], I was rejected countless times. From the age of 18 I have been auditioning for countless things, but only at 21 did I get my first break into the industry,” she said.
