Many Nigerians joined the campaign against SARS on the street while others were also protesting on social media.

A young boy with the twitter username “john0lih” has revealed what he went through after joining the protest on the street.

According to the boy, his father threw him out after telling him not to join the SARS protest on the street but he disobeyed him and joined the protest.

Narrating his sad story on twitter, he wrote;

My dad just kicked me out it his house for disobeying him and going to the protest lol We move”

Buhari Refuses To Talk About Lekki Toll Gate Massacre In Nation Address

President Of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, gave a speech to address the current ongoing EndSARS protest but he refused to talk about the live shooting of protestors at the Lekki Toll Gate.

In Buhari speech, he made mention of packages for the Security and Nigerians but refused to talk about the Lekki massacre shootings on Tuesday night.

Several people were expecting Buhari to show some condolences to the lives that were lost as a result of the Lekki Toll Gate shootings.

Peaceful protestors were shot at during their EndSARS protest at the Lekki Toll Gate. Before the shootings, street lights and CCTV cameras were disabled, creating suspicion.

A recorded video showed the military releasing stray bullets into the thin air during Tuesday night.

One of Nigeria’s most cherished supermarkets, SPAR has taken to their online platform to reveal that their Lekki store has been looted on October 21 amid the ongoing EndSARS protests stating that it would cost them a lot to rebuild the supermarket.

Sharing the heartfelt message, they admitted that rebuilding a nation is even more difficult but they wholeheartedly support Nigeria in its strife for a peaceful resolution to its crises. They also went on to encourage the public to be the solution rather than the problem.

“Our Lekki store has been vandalized and looted. But, we acknowledge that this is only a setback compared to the larger issues we are all facing as a nation, and our thoughts and prayers remain with Nigerians everywhere, and for a peaceful resolution to various issues at hand.
