ENDSARS: “we are not stopping until our demands for a better governance and society are met” – Mercy Eke

Nollywood actress, Mercy Ekeh has there is a clear case of inequality in Nigeria right now which needs to be addressed through the protest in truth.

She said they would never stop protesting until their demands such as asking for good governance and reformed police service are all met. She took to her Instagram page to make the post, in her bid to contribute to the unrelenting protest that has taken over the whole country.

“It is so sad that our political leaders to whom we have collectively entrusted our socio political and economic welfare in their care have failed us, the same people who thrive in a life of affluence at the expense of the citizenry, have refused to hacken to our cries for emancipation from continued acts of suppression, which has deprived us of socio economic and sustainable welfare, now the youths have come together in solidarity to say we deserve better, this peaceful protest is for all of us, we are not stopping until our demands for a better governance and society are met in truth and not just the usual verbal rhetoric.#endswat #endsars #endpolicebrutality”

#EndSARS: Tinubu’s Oriental Hotel Guarded By Military Snipers (Video)

Following the attack on some businesses owned by some key politicians in Lagos, We have come across a video showing military snippers guarding Tinubu’s Oriental Hotel.

The hotel, which is located in the heart of Lagos had been initially attacked by the protesters who almost burnt it to the ground. This may have been the reason why armed snipers are now located at various positions around the hotel.

An Instagram follower of Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh identified as @ajani_adebayo_ has told her to shush over the ENDSARS protest.

A blogger fabricated a story about Tonto Dikeh which said she doesn’t support the protest and she had the cause to react to it on social media.

Adebayo took to the comment section to discredit her for saying she supports the protest. He said the actress has never for once supported the protest. He said:
