Update On The Boy Wizkid Promised To Send To School In 2018

In 2018, Wizkid sent out an SOS help to a young boy who was a mechanic. The boy is identified as Basit.

Basit made waves when he was spotted in a viral video singing Wizkid’s song.

Wizkid was touched by his wonderful talent and so, he decided to fund for his education.

He asked on Twitter for the Basit’s location so he could take him to school.

In the tweet, Wizkid said:  “We sending Basit to school! Bring him to me.”

It has been two years since Wizkid promised to take Basit to school.

We have current photos of Basit and he is currently a vulcanizer.

Recall that, Lekki Toll Gate became a trending issue after the news of the Nigerian Forces shooting at innocent protesters hit social media.

It was alleged that she was part of the protestors at the incident, hence the news that, she got killed amid the violent act of the police.

Eniola Badmus, Nigerian film actress has taken to her Instagram page a video, to share with her fans on the exercising sessions she involves herself in, as she has started embarking on a weight loss journey.

Few hours after the news of her death, she came out to debunk the rumors with a post on her Instagram page, explaining her absence at the scene and that, SARS would never be thecause of her death.

Hence, Nigeria would rise back to its normal state.

SARS has now become a political issue, hence, some measures are being put in place to curb the current issue at hand but it seems not to be in favour of the Citizens.

All celebrities and some top officials have all voiced out on the issue in order to create awareness on the suffering of the people so a stop can be put to the brutality and harassment of the police.

The protest has now turn bloody as some citizens have lost their lives amid the process of fighting for their rights.
