According to reports, as per Daily Post, the Nigeria Intelligence agency has located the current hideout of self-acclaimed activist and Yoruba Nation agitator, Chief Sunday Adeyemo also known as Sunday Igboho.
The report by Daily Post, on Tuesday, claims a source close to federal authorities disclosed that the government has uncovered Igboho’s hiding place.
The source said many Nigerians tend to underestimate the federal government, adding that a few days after the raid on Igboho’s Ibadan residence by DSS operatives, intelligence services located his exact spot.
He stated that if the activist thinks he’s hiding, then he should have such a thought erased because the powers that the government of any country wields cannot be underestimated.
The source disclosed that Federal Government knows where Igboho is hiding but is restraining itself from picking him up due to tactical reasons.
When queried on what he meant by tactical reasons, the informant said the government is being rather careful about the current tension in the SouthWest and the country, adding that the Buhari administration wouldn’t want to increase it any further.
Meanwhile, another source confirmed that the activist is still laying low in Nigeria.
According to him, it was right for Igboho to stay quiet since he is being hunted by security agencies.
Recall that on the 1st of July, security operatives from the Department of State Services (DSS) invaded the home of Igboho in the Soka axis of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
